This company was once a public company. It has been privatized and one now of Europe's largest communications companies. It owns Terra Lycos, one of the largest ISPs and portals today.

If I may add Spain has one of the highest rates of mobile phone charges in Western Europe. I do not know if this is true until today because the feature on Deutsch Welle TV was a year ago.
